The EU can send military missions to Ukraine as a security guarantee; Financial Times

Citing sources and the draft of the document, the Financial Times British periodical reported on Thursday that the draft declaration of the European Union "on security obligations" for Ukraine envisages the possibility of sending EU military missions to Ukraine with the agreement of all association members.
Earlier, the Financial Times reported that a group of European Union member states, led by France, is developing a draft declaration on community security obligations for Ukraine. There is a desire for it to be approved at the end of the next EU summit.
