The Australian government will provide another financial assistance package to Ukraine for 73.4 million dollars. Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said on Monday that the funds would be used to purchase military vehicles and ammunition. The government office released the Australian Prime Minister's statement on Monday.
As part of this package of assistance to the armed forces of Ukraine, 70 units of military equipment will be purchased (including 28 M113 armored vehicles, 14 special purpose vehicles, and 28 MAN 40M medium trucks), as well as 105 mm artillery shells. In addition, 10 million Australian dollars ($6.7 million) will be sent to the United Nations for humanitarian aid to the citizens of Ukraine.
