Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Antonio Tajani has stated that the time for Ukraine's NATO membership has not yet come.
"It is not yet time for Ukraine to join NATO. Peace must be obtained first. However, the first steps towards membership can be taken already at the alliance's summit in Vilnius, which Italy strongly supports," Tajani said.
