"The peace agreement between Baku and Yerevan can be concluded this year;" Byramov

In an interview with "Reuters," Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov referred to the Armenian-Azerbaijani peace process and the possible signing of a peace treaty.
Bayramov, in particular, stated, "The peace agreement is possible if Armenia is ready to take certain steps. If there is a desire not only to make statements but also to take practical steps, it is possible to reach an agreement even before the end of the year. But if there is no real readiness, it can happen later," Bayramov stated.
