Iran and Uzbekistan signed several cooperation agreements on Sunday, June 18. We discuss transport, pharmaceuticals, insurance, technology, and agriculture agreements.
The documents were signed in Tehran by high-ranking representatives of both sides in the presence of the presidents of Iran and Uzbekistan, Ebrahim Raisi and Shavkat Mirziyoyev. Special attention was paid to using the shortest transport and logistics corridors connecting Central Asia with Iran.
