Germany has made the first allocation of anti-missile defense

The budget commission of the German Bundestag has approved the allocation of a tranche of 560 million euros for the purchase of the "Arrow 3" anti-missile defense system from Israel. It is assumed that the contract to purchase the anti-missile defense system with Israel will be signed by the end of 2023, and its total cost will be about 4 billion euros.

In addition, the budget committee of the Bundestag allowed allocating about 950 million euros to purchase 6 German "IRIS-T SLM" anti-aircraft missile systems. It is assumed that the anti-missile shield in Germany, which will be created as an analog of the Israeli Iron Dome, will work until the end of 2025.
