The EU's special representative for the South Caucasus, Toivo Klaar, referred to the Azerbaijani shootings and border tension cases in his Twitter microblog.
Klaar, in particular, wrote: "The EU is carefully following the developments in the region. It is necessary to stop firing in all sectors. Maintaining the positive momentum of successive meetings and achieving results at the negotiation table will benefit Armenia, Azerbaijan, and the entire region."
