The British Henley & Partners company calculated that 8,500 dollar millionaires emigrated from Russia last year. Another 3,000 are expected to leave the country this year.
Last year, China topped the list with 10,800 millionaires leaving the country. This year, the rate of emigration of millionaires there may reach 13,500.
