Sweden to extradite supporter of Kurdish Workers' Party to Turkey

The Swedish Supreme Court approved the first extradition of the Kurdish Workers' Party (KKK) supporter to Turkey.

According to "Aftonbladet," for the first time, a person who considers himself a supporter of the KKK can be extradited from Sweden to Turkey. The Swedish government decides on extradition requests, but if the supreme court disagrees, the government cannot approve this decision.
