The Le Monde newspaper reported on Monday that France plans to significantly reduce the number of its military deployed in three African regions in the coming months.
The number of military personnel is planned to be reduced by several hundred by the end of the year. There will be cuts in Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire), Dakar (Senegal) and Libreville (Gabon).
