"Armenia and its sponsors do not recognize the new realities, they engage in provocations;" Byramov

During the "Foreign Policy Program" closing ceremony for diplomats at "ADA" University, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov referred to the Armenian-Azerbaijani negotiations.
"After the 44-day war, new realities emerged in the region. But neither Armenia nor its patrons recognize the new realities; they are voicing new opinions and making provocations," Bayramov stated.
