Toivo Klaar, the EU special representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, announced that he is coming to Armenia. Klaar wrote about this on his Twitter page.
According to Azerbaijani mass media, Klaar plans to leave Yerevan for Baku. Visits are planned during the week.
