"The states of Central Asia, despite the geopolitical upheavals, have made efforts for dialogue in the region, in which the European Union has played a significant role," Kazakhstan's President Kasim-Jomart Tokayev announced during the second Central Asia-EU summit, which is being held in Cholpon-Ata.
