The President of the Council of Europe, Charles Michel, referred to the Armenian-Azerbaijani peace negotiations and the expected meeting in Chisinau in his Twitter microblog.
Michel, in particular, wrote: "Dialogue between Baku and the Armenians living in the former Nagorno-Karabakh region about their rights and security is now vital.
It is essential to refrain from extremist positions and focus on dialogue. After 30 years of conflict, the wounds must heal. Courageous decisions are needed."
