Presidential and parliamentary elections are taking place in Turkey today.
The current leader of the country, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and the opposition leader, Kemal Kilicdaroglu, are considered the leading contenders for the presidency.
It is reported that Erdogan will vote today in one of the polling stations in Istanbul, and his main rival Kılıçdaroğlu in Ankara.
