Chinese President Xi Jinping promised Vladimir Zelensky not to supply arms to Russia.
"Kyiv relies on China that it will not support Russia with weapons or other technologies," said Vladimir Zelensky during a meeting with Italian journalists.
"We expect that China will not be a supplier of weapons to the Russian Federation and will not support Russia with weapons or other technologies," Zelensky said.
The President of Ukraine added that during the negotiations, Chinese President Xi Jinping said that Beijing would "stand aside from the process" and not support Russia with weapons.
