We are talking about the funds of Russian entrepreneur Konstantin Malofeev. In April 2022, the US Department of Justice accused him of violating the sanctions imposed on Russia for the military attack against Ukraine. According to the US authorities, Malofeev financially supported the Russians, inciting separatist sentiments in Crimea.
