The US Department of Defense stated that Washington had announced a new package of $1.2 billion in military aid to Ukraine. It will include anti-aircraft defense systems, ammunition, and artillery shells.
Satellite imagery and equipment will also be provided to integrate Western air defense systems with Ukraine's existing air defense systems.
