The death toll from raging floods in the Kivu province of the Democratic Republic of Congo has reached 394.
According to local media, heavy rains that started two days ago in the villages of Bushu and Nyamukubi caused the Chibira River to flood.
A large number of residents of the region are considered missing. Search and rescue operations are ongoing.
