"Artificial intelligence arms race will be different from previous ones;" Kissinger

"The artificial intelligence (AI) arms race will not be the same because it may become insurmountable in response to planning and challenges due to the complexity of developing theories," said former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger in an interview with CBS.
“In the previous arms race, it was possible to develop solid theories about how to do this. This is a completely new problem intellectually," said Kissinger, who will soon turn 100.
