It was encouraging news from Washington. The European Union welcomes the 4-day negotiations of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan. Toivo Klaar, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus, wrote about this on Twitter.
"Progress can only happen through dialogue. We continue to stand by Armenia and Azerbaijan, working with our partners to pursue sustainable peace," Klaar wrote.
