Over 7,000 civilians and military personnel considered missing are being searched for in Ukraine. Oleg Kotenko, Commissioner for Missing Persons in Special Circumstances of Ukraine, informed me about it.
"A little more than 7,000 people are now wanted. These are the people whose relatives appealed to us, the commissioner's office, so that we can start looking for their relatives," said Kotenko.
