Brussels believes that China still does not supply weapons to Russia. The head of the EU's foreign policy, Josep Borrell, said this at the expert conference dedicated to the state of the European Union in Florence on Friday.
"Of course, China is on Russia's side, but still, it does not supply it with weapons. And it can play a positive role in this conflict," Borrell said.
