Vedant Patel, the US Deputy Secretary of State, announced: "We believe there is no military solution to the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan and that direct diplomatic dialogue is the way to a solution."
"That is why we willingly hosted the ministers. US officials continue to be deeply involved in the process," said the US Deputy Secretary of State.
