The press conference of the Foreign Ministers of France and Armenia, Catherine Colonna and Ararat Mirzoyan, has started in Yerevan. Colonna, in particular, stated: "The commitment announced by the Prime Minister of Armenia and the President of Azerbaijan in Prague must be fulfilled. Delimitation works and the peace agenda, first of all, mean giving up the force component of negotiations.
International law must be respected; that is the only way for both sides to move forward. I want to welcome the role of the EU observer mission, which contributes to reducing tensions between the two countries. Demarcation works are primary," added Colona.
