The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, has announced the provision of another 1.5 billion euros to Ukraine as part of the EU's annual macro-financial aid package.
"We will continue to help Ukraine resist Russian aggression, preserve its institutions and infrastructure, and implement important reforms," he wrote on Twitter.
