At the end of April, Turkey and Bulgaria plan to sign an agreement on expanding the gas infrastructure between the two countries and deals with Hungary, Romania, and Slovakia, which will increase the volume of natural gas supplies from Azerbaijan to European countries.
Bulgaria will be able to receive liquefied gas through the Turkish port of Marmara-Ereglis through the Greek terminal of Alexandrapolis and Azerbaijani natural gas through the Bulgarian-Greek intersystem gas pipeline.
