Leaked Pentagon documents. Who and how many troops sent to Ukraine?

In recent weeks, several documents purporting to belong to the Pentagon and other US special services have appeared on the Internet, containing classified information related to the war in Ukraine and the collection of information on close allies of the United States.

The Pentagon has confirmed that the military documents contain sensitive and highly classified material.

Western special military forces operating in Ukraine
According to the leaked documents, 97 special forces of NATO countries were on active duty in Ukraine in February and March of this year.

The media, including the BBC and The Guardian, report that in 2023 A document dated March 23 shows that more than half of the Western special forces deployed in Ukraine are from Britain. The country's Ministry of Defense denied the accusations and called them "worthless and nameless."
According to the declassified documents, Latvia, with a population of less than 2 million, has sent 17 troops to Ukraine, the second largest number of special forces deployed in Ukraine among NATO countries. The US and France had 14 and 15 unique points in Ukraine, respectively, and the Netherlands had 1.
