The counter-offensive of the Ukrainian army may start already this summer, said Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal in an interview with "Hill" before his upcoming visit to Washington. Schmihal arrived in Washington on Tuesday.
"All our friends and colleagues clearly understand that to launch a counterattack, one needs to be 100% ready for it and even more," he said.
When asked how the recent leaks of classified American documents affect counterattack planning, Shmyhal said that Ukraine would liberate its territories.
