"Negotiations with Armenia are proceeding in two directions;" Aliev

At the meeting with the acting chairman of the OSCE, Buyar Osmani, the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, referred to yesterday's incident on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and referred to the progress of the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace negotiations.

In particular, Aliyev stated: "Peace negotiations with Armenia are proceeding in two directions. The first is the reintegration of the Armenian residents of the Karabakh region. The second way is to negotiate a direct peace treaty with Yerevan and normalize relations."
