The press secretary of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, Aykhan Hajizada announced that the Azerbaijani side positively evaluates the negotiations with Iran and considers it essential to continue the consultations.
"Azerbaijan is always interested in developing neighborly relations with all neighboring countries, including Iran. Mutual respect for countries' territorial integrity and sovereignty is the constant priority of Azerbaijan's foreign policy. The Azerbaijani side continues its efforts to ensure the country's national interests and national security," the representative of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry noted.
