The Human Rights Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada, Dmitry Lubinets, announced that at least 2.5 thousand Ukrainians in the prisons of the territory of Ukraine occupied by Russia were transferred to Russia.
At the same time, the Office of the Ombudsman of Ukraine records Russian attempts to mobilize these people in "illegal armed formations (including Wagner) to force them to participate in military operations against Ukraine."
