Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu announced that the Foreign Ministers of Turkey, Russia, Syria, and Iran conference would probably occur in Moscow.
"The meeting of the delegations at the level of deputy foreign ministers in Moscow had the character of preparation for the meeting of foreign ministers. We await an invitation from the Russian side to hold this meeting shortly. The meeting will probably take place in Moscow," Cavusoglu said at the press conference in Brussels.
