Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Armenia continues to place mines in Nagorno Karabakh and refuses to demine.
"Those who place mines indiscriminately and refuse to cooperate in clearing them, including Armenia, should be held accountable," the statement reads.
