Lavrov and Cavusoglu will discuss regional issues

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu announced that bilateral relations, the implementation of the grain deal, and a wide range of topical issues of the international and regional agenda are planned to be discussed during the visit of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to Turkey on April 6-7. 

Lavrov will visit Turkey at the invitation of Cavusoglu. According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, it is planned to discuss sectoral issues of mutual interest, including trade, energy, and tourism. There will be a thorough exchange of ideas on current topics of the regional and international agenda, including the situation in Ukraine.
