According to Prigozhin, Ukraine is not behind the St. Petersburg terror attack

Entrepreneur and head of the Wagner military group Yevgeny Prigozhin wrote in his Telegram channel that a group of radicals is responsible for the death of military correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky. "They are not related to the authorities of Ukraine," said Prigozhin.
"As for the death of Daria Dugina, yes, everything is similar. But I would not blame the Kyiv regime for these actions. I think that there is a group of radicals that has almost nothing to do with the government. I would call it that," added Prigozhin.
