The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan again blames Armenia and the EU mission

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with the special representative of the Eastern Partnership of the EU Foreign Service, Dirk Schuebel. At the meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan again made accusations against Armenia.
Bayramov stated that "the recent activation of provocations carried out by Armenia coincided with the period of the presence of the EU mission in Armenia." According to him, the mission should not be misused as an excuse to harm the process of normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
