"Asia must avoid chaos and conflicts. Otherwise, the region's future will be endangered," Chinese Prime Minister Li Qiang said.
Addressing an international audience of political and business leaders on Thursday, Li said China could anchor global peace and stability and will continue to reform and open up to the world.
