Israeli and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers Jeihun Bayramov and Eli Cohen spoke at the press conference following the opening ceremony of the Azerbaijani embassy in Israel.
"After the war's end with the tripartite declaration, Azerbaijan is putting forward a peaceful agenda, while Armenia is threatening with aggressive rhetoric. "Azerbaijan believes that the settlement of relations has no alternative, and it should be based on mutual recognition of territorial integrity and sovereignty," Bayramov stated.
