"Germany can significantly increase financial and military support to Ukraine, from the current 3 to 15 billion euros," writes the weekly Der Spiegel, referring to a secret letter of the German Ministry of Finance to the Bundestag.
According to the document, 2.2 billion euros intended for the "modernization of partner states in the field of security, defense and stabilization" should be increased to 5.4 billion euros this year.
