At the briefing held in Bishkek, EU special representative David O'Sullivan said, "Sanctions should not worsen relations with Kyrgyzstan. The EU intends to send a mission to solve this issue in the fall."
"We would not like the issue of sanctions to become an obstacle to the development of relations between the European Union and Kyrgyzstan," said O'Sullivan.
According to him, the European Union must create communication channels with the authorities of countries that have not joined the sanctions. At the same time, the EU understands that each state has its own economic and political context.
