The source of the Russian Foreign Ministry informed TASS on Monday that Moscow considers unacceptable Yerevan's plans to join the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) against the background of "warrants" against the Russian leadership.
The agency's interlocutor also noted that the Armenian side was warned about the "extremely negative" consequences of Yerevan's possible steps in bilateral relations.
On March 24, the RA Constitutional Court published 1998. On July 17, the decision on determining the conformity of the obligations stipulated in the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court with the RA Constitution, according to which the Rome Statute corresponds to the RA Constitution. The issue was discussed in a written procedure. The decision is final and effective from the moment of publication.
