The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has started the transit of Kazakh oil through the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline. According to reports, the first batch of Kazakh oil extracted from the Tengiz field was delivered to the Sangachal terminal from the Aktau port by "Heydar Aliyev" tankers on March 23.
By the end of 2023, it will carry out 12-14 monthly tanker cruises through the Caspian Sea.
