The head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, announced that the deportation of children from Ukraine is a war crime, so the order of the International Criminal Court of The Hague regarding the arrest of Russian President Vladimir Putin is fully justified.
"There is a critical topic to me: kidnapped Ukrainian children. It's a terrible reminder of the darkest times in our history," she said. "Out of more than 16,000 Ukrainian children transferred to Russia, only 300 have been returned so far," added Ursula von der Leyen.
