Employees of the Russian Central Bank will learn Chinese

The Central Bank of Russia has offered to train its employees in Chinese on the "Sberbank-AST" shopping platform.

"Provision of educational or consulting services for employees of the Bank of Russia, with a total volume of 288 hours, for two years of study for each group," the proposal says.
