The USA intends to provide $700,000 in military and educational aid to Azerbaijan

The US Senate Foreign Relations Committee is discussing the 2024 budget of the US State Department. The US Department of State plans to implement 700,000 thousand dollars of military education programs with Azerbaijan in 2024, justifying that Azerbaijan has a vast border with Iran, participates in NATO military exercises, and "this can contribute to the western orientation of the military."
