Referring to sources, Bloomberg reported that the Hungarian authorities had blocked the joint statement of the European Union that an international arrest warrant was issued against Russian President Vladimir Putin for alleged crimes in Ukraine.
Due to Hungary's refusal, the head of the European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, made a separate statement that the EU took note of the decision of the International Criminal Court in The Hague regarding the detention of Putin and the Commissioner for Children's Rights, Maria Lvova-Belova.
