In March, everyone should do it," according to a source close to the president's office, there was a discussion in the presidency about the need for such a measure during such holidays, and the final decision was made by the first deputy of Putin's office, Sergey Kirienko, who oversees internal politics. He also allegedly set a deadline for iPhone replacement, April 1.
