Prime Minister of Japan visited India

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida has started visiting India, which will last until March 22. Arindam Bagchi, the representative of the Indian Foreign Ministry, announced this on his Twitter page.

Kishida is expected to meet with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The two leaders will exchange views on various topics, including cooperation to realize a free and open Indo-Pacific region.

As the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of India reported earlier, among the topics of talks between the leaders of the governments of Japan and India will be their priorities as presidents of the G7 and G20.
