CSTO General Secretary Imangali Tasmagambetov arrived in Yerevan. Meetings of the CSTO General Secretary with high-ranking officials are planned.
Tasmagambetov assumed the position on January 1. The visit to Armenia was planned but coincided with tension in the relations between CSTO and Armenia.
